Hi, I’m Melanie Fieseler
Founder of Work Happy Mums, I help mums in Berlin and internationally move forward in their careers while staying connected to themselves and the parent they want to be. I started WHM in 2013 after experiencing my own career transition alongside family life. I wanted to create a space where mothers could find clarity, encouragement, and practical support to step confidently into the next chapter of their working lives.

Over the years, I’ve worked with hundreds of mums as they’ve returned to work, explored new career directions, or stepped into roles that fit their life and priorities. My approach is grounded in empathy, practical tools, and evidence-based strategies that help you understand yourself, identify opportunities, and create the career and life that fit you - not the other way around.
My Experience & Qualifications
I’m a qualified and licensed Career Counsellor & Coach, trained through an Association for Coaching-accredited programme, and I’m currently training in therapeutic counselling to deepen my ability to support clients with empathy, insight, and care. With over 15 years of management and recruitment experience, I understand both the practical and human side of career change - and what employers are really looking for.

  • Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills
  • Level 3 Certificate in Counselling Studies
