​What's Next? is a 6-week, small group career change accelerator for women wanting to get clarity on their future career, more confident in their ability to make the change, and a tailored roadmap for moving forward. 

​What is it YOUR TURN to do?
Maybe you think outside your current work and find an entirely new path you’d like to pursue, or maybe you’ll decide on a path that complements it.  Or it might be you start looking at the job you’re already doing with different eyes and tell a different story about the exact same work, or keep doing what you’re doing, but decide to do it differently.

As the other mums who have participated in the programme have already discovered, there are many ways of doing something new, different and more fulfilling in your career.  Whatever direction you decide on, you won’t be starting from scratch. You’ll be looking at who you already are and what is already working, and you’ll be building on that.

That’s what “good” career changes, however small, are all about!

Get a clear and tailored roadmap for making the change you want happen. No more going around in circles trying to figure things out on your own! ​
Feel a new, positive energy around your career.
Alongside a peer group of up to 6 women on the same career change journey as you, you'll follow a step-by-step, structured process designed to help you decide on the next step in your career, the right way.

What's Next? includes:​​
  • ​​​6 x 90-minute online group sessions covering 6 learning modules.
  • Exercises and assignments for you to work on before and after each session.
  • ​​​A Facebook group unique to your cohort - an invaluable hub for advice, support and feedback on ideas, with just the right amount of accountability for making stuff happen. 
  • A follow-up 'Momentum' call a month after the programme ends where we share where we are at on our career change journey's, celebrate our progress, ask questions we may have and get advice on any challenges we might be experiencing. ​

The next cohort starts on Wednesday 5 March 2025, and runs for 6 weeks. Live group sessions are held over lunch, from 12:30-2pm (CET).
