​WHM Job Seekers is a coaching group full of guidance, support and encouragement for mums who are figuring out what's next in their careers, or actively on the hunt for their next family-friendly job. 

We meet twice a month and talk career transition steps and strategies, CV's, job interview prep, offer negotiation and more. We share knowledge, resources and connections, celebrate successes and trouble-shoot challenges, and lend a shoulder to cry on when life as a job seeker feels all too much. The environment is inclusive, supportive and safe - motivating and confidence-boosting too.

Mums in the group are at all stages of their job search journeys - from those returning from a career break and deciding on their next steps, to those accepting job offers. Yes, we are one group that will be happy to lose you as a member!

What's included?
Membership of WHM Job Seekers includes:

  • ​​Two 1.5 hour group coaching sessions per month. 
  • Relevant exercises, worksheets and resources to help you with your career transition and/ or job search.
  • A WhatsApp group to stay in touch between sessions. Time sensitive questions or challenges are welcome, wins you can't wait to tell us about too!  
  • A qualified and experienced job coach and community of
    ​job-seeking mums offering guidance, support and accountability, and cheering you on.    ​​​​​
Cost: 75 EUR for first 3 months, and if you would like to continue with your membership after this time, 25 EUR month-by-month thereafter. You can cancel your membership anytime after your first 3 months with us.

When can I become a member of WHM Job Seekers?
You can join us anytime. Your first 3 months of membership will start as soon as your payment has been received.
Who is WHM Job Seekers for?
WHM Job Seekers is for mums who aren't sure what they want to do next in their careers and are wanting to figure that out, and for mums who know the job they want to go for and are actively making applications for jobs.
Who will I learn from?
You will learn from Melanie Fieseler, a Career Counsellor & Job Coach, along with other members of the group. 
When are the coaching sessions held?
The coaching sessions are held from 12.30-2pm CET every other Thursday. If for some reason the day of the week has to change, you will be notified well in advance. 
Where do the coaching sessions take place?
The coaching sessions take place online, through Zoom. Once your payment for your first 3 months of membership has been received, you will be sent full details of how to join us and take part. 
For how long will I have access to the learning materials provided?
You will have access to the relevant exercises, worksheets and resources provided whilst you are a member of WHM Job Seekers.
Am I able to cancel my membership anytime?
You are able to cancel your membership anytime after 3 months, with 10 days notice prior to your next invoice date. To cancel, write an email to [email protected].
Am I able to claim the cost of membership to WHM Job Seekers when I submit my taxes? 
Yes, you can claim the cost of your membership when it comes to doing your yearly tax declaration. The expense falls under the 'education/ training' category.
