Attract and retain the best and brightest female talent
In an ever-increasing competitive environment, we help companies and businesses grow and thrive by helping them become better placed to attract, support and retain valuable female talent. We work with our clients to become an employer of choice, creating a balanced and inclusive workforce, and in turn positively impacting on their bottom line.
We have worked with hundreds of working mothers over the past three years and know what they want and need from their work, and what their employers need to to do support them in reaching their full potential.
The programmes we offer
Our range of programmes provide the information and resources needed to:
Create and sustain a family friendly workplace
Promote flexible work arrangements for women and men
Promote gender equality
Reduce pregnancy discrimination
Our one-on-one and group maternity coaching programmes are available in-house with the aim of smoothing the transition between work and leave – and back again, benefitting both working mothers and their managers. Click here to find out what the programmes involve.
One to one coaching can help talented individuals create the change the want and the results they aspire to. In a confidential and safe setting, our skilled and experienced coaches support senior working mums in dealing with major life transitions, developing strategies to make their work and life priorities work.

Talk openly with other managers and share strategies to address the challenges of managing working parents.
Increase their understanding of the difficulties commonly faced by working mothers and understand the keys to ‘making it all work’.
Develop practical tools to support working mothers more confidently.
Our experienced, informed and engaging Speakers Bureau representatives are available to speak present or moderate at forums where working parent and family friendly policies are on the agenda, including conferences, in-house training and events and panel discussions.
