Why we created Ignite!
At Work Happy Mums, our small team of expert consultant and coaches, have all been through their own career relaunches, and know first-hand how confusing, overwhelming and stressful it can be trying to work out what’s next in your career after having children. Our values, priorities and definition of success can radically change, and it can be a struggle to figure out a career direction that's aligned with our new identity. And even a few months out of the workplace can leave you low in confidence and questioning the skills and experience you have to offer.

We have worked with hundreds of women over the past three years to help them through their career transitions and relaunches, and use their skills, talents and passions to discover and do meaningful and fulfilling work, without having to compromise in their personal lives.

That’s why we’ve created Ignite!, our easy-to-implement email series that dives into the hardest part of your relaunch - assessing your career options and ultimately deciding on a career that is right for you. This involves thoughtful analysis and is the most important part of the relaunch process.
