Where does the Masterclass take place?
It takes place online.
How long is the Masterclass?
One hour.
What's the format of the Masterclass?
The class is in webinar format with participants listening in. I'm the only person you'll be able to see on video. For around 45 minutes I'll be sharing my insights on the subject of the Masterclass. In the remainder of the class I'll be answering questions sent to me by participants before the class, as well as those posted in the chat box during class.  
Will I have to speak or can I just listen in?
You will be listening in. You can ask questions and share your thoughts with me using the chat box. 
What equipment will I need to join the Masterclass?
You'll need a computer speaker/ headphones and an internet connection. You may also need to download a small piece of software (Zoom) that I use to run my classes. To ensure a prompt start, please aim to login to the call at least 5 minutes early. 
Can I join the Masterclasses through my tablet or smartphone?
Yes, Zoom has iOS and Android apps that you can download. 
How can I access the video recording of the Masterclass? 
Within 48 hours of the class you will be sent an email with a link to access the video recording, along with a written summary of the Masterclass and accompanying learning materials.
