Ready, Steady, Launch! is a 3-session one-to-one business consultancy and coaching programme for women who are looking to launch their business in the market brimming with confidence and the best possible chance of success.
What topics does the programme cover?
​The sessions are tailored to each person but typically cover the following topics:

  • Researching your business idea. Will your idea work?
  • How to write a simple plan for your business so you know exactly what you need to do to get your business up and running, and how you're going to do it. 
  • Getting clear on what you're going to sell and who you'll be selling to. 
  • How much money you'll need to fund your business and where to find it.
  • Creating a basic marketing plan to get your name out there and start building your network both on- and offline.
  • How to start selling to customers (without being pushy or too salesy!) 
Setting up a business in Germany?  We also offer a compact one-to-one programme taking you through everything you need to know about the practical side of things.  The programme includes 2 x 90 minute sessions. Topics we'll cover include applying for a tax number, choosing the legal structure that is right for you, registering your business, tax and insurance, and more. Please enquire for further details.
