There is no simple blueprint when it comes to getting your business off the ground, but there are some useful things to know before you get going, and I'll be sharing these things with you in a simple and easy-to-apply way in Ready, Steady, Launch!.
What does the programme cover?

Depending on where you are at and what your needs are, example topics covered include:

  • ​Researching your business idea. Will your idea work?
  • How to write a simple plan for your business so you know exactly what you need to do to get your business up and running, and how you're going to do it. 
  • Getting clear on what you're going to sell and who you'll be selling to. 
  • How much money you'll need to fund your business and where to find it.
  • Creating a basic marketing plan to get your name out there and start building your network both on- and offline.
  • How to start selling to customers (without being pushy or too salesy!) ​ ​
Who is the programme for?

Mums who have just started running their own business or are thinking of doing so will benefit from this programme.  It's also for mums who would simply like to know what is involved in starting up on their own.
