Many mums feel a mixture of thoughts and emotions about returning to work after maternity leave. On the one hand there’s the excitement and anticipation of getting your brain back in action, regular adult conversation, dressing up and being able to eat your lunch in peace. On the other hand, there are feelings of dread, anxiousness and self-doubt. Can I still do my job? Will I fit in? Will my manager and colleagues see me differently? How am I going to manage my work on top of all my home and family responsibilities?

About My 'Return To Work With Confidence' Workshop
The workshop will give you the opportunity to learn, reflect and share experiences with like-minded women in a similar situation to you. I'll be asking questions to facilitate your thinking and using tailored tools and techniques to help you overcome both the emotional and practical challenges that many women face on their journey back to work. My aim is to leave you feeling prepared, upbeat and confident about your return, in control of the transition, and set up for success - both at work and at home.

The workshop will:
You will come away from the workshop with a concrete return-to-work action plan, along with a plan for your first 90 days back in the workplace so you'll know exactly what you'll need to do once you get there.
Who Is The Workshop For?
It's for women currently on maternity leave, whether you are a first time mum, or a mum on second, third or more child.
When And Where?
The workshop consists of two 3-hour sessions. In the first session we'll be focusing on mapping out your route back to work, and in the second session, on what to do once you get there.
