​Running your own business can feel overwhelming at times. You’re on your own for a start – making it easy for you to get totally absorbed by your business bubble. There are so many things you could be doing, it can feel like you’re running around like a headless chicken.

I've designed this workshop to give you some time out from your business, time to hit the "pause" button, reflect on the past year, and get organised and on track for a powerful 2016. It will help you think and work strategically, and enter into the new year with a clear direction, purpose, and renewed energy and enthusiasm for where you are heading. ​

What will we cover in the workshop?

​​In the workshop, I'll be guiding you through four simple steps  – Review, Clarify, Plan, Act - to set you and your business up for success. 

Step 1: Review
The first step is all about taking stock of 2015. Did you love it or loath it? What went well in your business, what didn’t go quite so well?  What are the insights and lessons learnt from your successes and challenges over the past year?  What are you going to do differently in 2016? 

Step 2: Clarify
Next we'll get crystal clear on what a super successful 2016 looks like for you and your business. What is that you really want to do, create and be? 

Step 3: Plan
Here we will map out exactly what you want to achieve next year. What are your big, juicy business goals?  And what are your key money making activities? We'll also define (or redefine) your ideal clients. How will you reach out to and attract them?

Step 4: Take Action
And finally, how are you going to reach your goals? What specific steps do you need to take to make them happen? We'll make sure you're fully committed to completing each one and will build accountability into your plan to improve your chances of success.

Who is the workshop for?

The workshop is for all mums in business, whether you have just started out or are a more established business owner.  ​Places are limited to six so that everyone can benefit from some individual support.
