This is a compact one-to-one coaching programme taking you through everything you need to know about the practical side setting up a business in Germany.. 

The programme includes 2 x 90 minute sessions in which we will cover the following topics:

  • Finding a location for your business, or setting yourself up at home
  • Opening a business bank account
  • Applying for a tax number
  • Choosing he legal structure that is right for you
  • Finding out about the taxes you need to pay, how to do your tax declarations and VAT Registering your business
  • Protecting your business by taking out the necessary insurance
  • Knowing where to find legal advice when setting up your business
  • Your legal responsibilities as an employer
  • Registering your intellectual property

Sessions are held in person in Berlin, or over Skype.
