The WHM Club is the place to be if you are looking for professional and personal development, accountability and above all, support and friendship with a fabulous group of mums on the same working-mum journey as you.

The Club will put you back in the driver’s seat. You will find new ways of thinking and turning the very real constraints of motherhood into specific strategies to lead a more fulfilling, intentional and 'balanced' life.

You will:

  • Re-discover who you are, and what you really want.
  • Set goals or ‘intentions’ and steadily move towards achieving them.
  • Prioritise what really matters, and learn to let go of the rest.
  • Share - honestly! - the highs and lows of working motherhood.
  • Celebrate each other’s 'wins' and cheer each other on. 
  • Learn new skills, problem solve, and share resources and ideas.
  • Get a big dose of inspiration, fun and creativity added to your life! ​

The cost is 30 EUR a month, 120 EUR in total (plus 19% VAT).

Who is The WHM Club for?

YOU! The WHM Club is open to everyone, no matter your profession, stage of life, whether you're employed, self-employed, at home with the kids, between jobs or something else. Whether you are a new mother or old pro, an established leader or a new entrepreneur… if you are wanting to make positive changes in your personal and professional life, this Club is for you.

How does The WHM Club work?

As a member of The WHM Club, each month you are invited to three live online sessions: 
​
  • 'On The Move'​ - a goal setting & planning workshop to help you establish clear goals (however small) and make real progress towards achieving them. You will get feedback from a me, a professional coach, and tips from your peers.
 
  • A Masterclass with specialist guest experts to equip you with the skills, strategies and new ways of thinking that will empower you to create the career and life that works for you in your own unique way.
 
  • 'Mastermind Mums' - a Mastermind session where we give group feedback on our career or business questions and challenges.

Also included in your membership:

  • An Accountability Partner to help you stay motivated and on track with getting to where you want to be. In past months, accountability partners have met for business lunches, online chats, and even in a spa!
 
  • A range of social events bringing this fantastic group of women together to meet and exchange with one another in-person.

  • The WHM Club's private Facebook group - a supportive and welcoming place to connect with other women and share information and resources.

  • For mums in business, the opportunity to raise your visibility and promote your product or service through a week-long 'take-over' of the Work Happy Mums group on Facebook, enabling you to reach an audience of more than 2,500 women.

  • 15% off other Work Happy Mums workshops, programmes, and individual consulting sessions.​

Our live sessions are run through Zoom in the comfort of your own home. If you can't make it to a session, you won't miss out - all sessions are recorded for you to listen in to any time.

Your questions answered 

These are my answers to your most common questions about The WHM Club:

Q: I’m a freelancer/ business owner/ marketing director, HR business partner/creative/returning mother/career changer (fill in the blank). Is The WHM Club for me?

A: The WHM Club is for all mums who want to create change at work and at home, however small that change might be. The unique combination of personal and professional growth you will go through will change up your career or business, no matter your industry or career stage. So far in The WHM Club we’ve had great feedback from everyone from doctors to digital marketers, stylists to economists, PHD students to yoga teachers, as well as many women returning from career breaks. 

Q: Now isn’t the right time for me, when will The WHM Club next be open?

A: The doors to The Club open three times a year. The next new member intake will be in December 2021 for Season 13 of The Club starting on 1 January 2022. Whether you’re wanting to make big changes or small tweaks, the life that you want is out there, waiting for you to grab it. I’d say come and join us as soon as possible, don’t wait!

Q: I’m really busy at the moment. What if I don’t have time to keep up?

A: The WHM Club is designed to fit around busy lifestyles. Whilst you can go deep and invest significant time, you can see real benefits to your career and life by just committing an hour a week. There’s actually lots in The WHM Club that may in fact save you time in the long run. And getting some parts of your life sorted may free up time elsewhere. If you can’t make it to an online Super Power session, you won’t miss out. All sessions are recorded so you can catch up when you’re ready. So don’t let busyness be a reason not to give it a go!

Q: I know I want to make changes in my life, but I just don’t feel I can afford it right now.

A: I know how it feels not to have any spare cash and be worried about committing to something sight unseen. I’ve been there myself. But remember, you’re only committing to 4 months. After that you’ll have the option to renew and continue your membership if you think The WHM Club is a good fit for you. 

Q: How do I know if this is right for me?

​A: You don’t! But trust me! And remember you are only committing to a period of 4 months. Come in and give it a go. You’ve nothing to lose and potentially masses to gain!

Q: I don’t like Facebook. Will this stop me getting full value from The WHM Club?

A: Most of what we do is off Facebook. Our private online community is on Facebook, but the best conversations happen in person and on our live Super Power sessions online. So not being on Facebook won't hold you back from jumping over those barriers that hold us mums back from being the best we can be at work and at home. Try out your membership and see for yourself.

Q. I’ve never experienced a live online session before. Is the conferencing platform easy to set-up and use?

Yes, Zoom is very easy to set-up and use in the comfort of your own home. All it takes is one click and it will feel as though we are all sitting in the same room. Plus the other advantage is, there’s no travel required!
