Work Happy Mums is looking for a creative and dynamic marketing and communications professional to participate in a 12-week “returnship” programme. This opportunity is for experienced professionals returning to the workforce after taking time off for caregiving.
The programme is open to women who have at least 5 years of professional experience and have been out of the paid workforce for at least 18 months to focus on caring for a child or other dependent. If you meet these criteria, we welcome you to apply.

The role starts on 11 September and is a part-time, up to 15 hours per week. It is based in Berlin, with the flexibility to work from home if needed.
For our marketing and communications manager position we are looking for a Jill-of-all-trades, master-of-a-few. We are specifically looking for someone to manage our website and social media, run our email marketing efforts, create content for our blog, direct outreach to partners and potential partners, plan events, and much more. We are interested in talking to people who have marketing experience from both paid and unpaid positions. Did you build your PTA’s website? Have you organised an event for a local charity?
